1. What Glotier is

Glotier is a software service that measures whether AI assistants name your product. It puts questions your buyers might ask to assistants including ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity as live web queries, records whether your product was named and which competitors were named instead, traces the source pages each answer was built from, and produces recommendations and draft content from that. It is an analysis tool, not investment, legal, or business advice.

We report only what we observed: the questions asked, the answers returned, and the sources cited. We do not fabricate numbers, and we cannot tell you why a model chose what it chose, because that is not observable from outside. Assistants change their answers over time, so a measurement is a record of a moment rather than a permanent fact.

2. Accounts

The free tools work without an account. The dashboard and paid plans use a passwordless magic-link sign-in tied to your email. You are responsible for keeping access to that email secure and for activity under your account.

3. Plans, billing, and cancellation

The check is free. Paid plans are Solo at $39 a month, Studio at $99 a month and Agency at $249 a month, published on our pricing page; the plan names and prices in force at the time of your purchase are the ones that apply. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, who handles the transaction, invoicing, and any applicable sales tax or VAT, and whose terms also apply to the purchase. The Featured directory listing is a separate one-time purchase.

Any subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel yourself from Settings then Billing inside Glotier, which opens the Lemon Squeezy billing portal, or by replying to your Lemon Squeezy receipt, or by emailing us. On cancellation, access continues until the end of the current billing period. You can request a full refund of your most recent payment within 7 days of that charge, and this does not limit any longer cooling-off right you have by law. The full terms are in our Refund Policy.

We may set or change prices for future billing periods with notice; a change never affects a period you have already paid for.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service: no attempts to break, overload, or reverse-engineer it, no reselling or redistributing its output as your own product, no unlawful use, and no use that violates the terms of any platform whose data you ask us to read on your behalf. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

5. Intellectual property

Glotier, its software, and its site content are owned by us. The web pages and assistant answers we analyse belong to their respective owners; we present analysis of that material. You keep ownership of any brands, products or content you add to your account, including any draft content we generate for you.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. A result reflects the questions we asked and the pages retrieved at that moment; assistants change what they retrieve and what they say continuously, and a different phrasing can produce a different answer. We do not guarantee that any assistant will name you, nor any specific outcome, ranking, or revenue from using Glotier.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

7. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be noted here with a new date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Turkey.
