Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be happy with Glotier. This policy covers how to cancel and how refunds work for our subscriptions and the one-time Featured listing. You can cancel a subscription at any time. Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, so refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy back to your original payment method.

Subscriptions (Pro and Studio)

You can cancel any time from your account or your Lemon Squeezy receipt. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and is not renewed after that. We do not charge cancellation fees.

If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund of your most recent payment within 14 days of that charge. After 14 days, a paid period is non-refundable, but you can still cancel to stop future renewals.

Featured listing (one-time)

The Featured listing is a one-time purchase. Because placement begins right after purchase, it is non-refundable once the listing is live. If something went wrong and the placement did not go live, contact us and we will make it right.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the address you purchased with, or reply to your Lemon Squeezy receipt. Approved refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights you have by law, including the statutory cooling-off rights for consumers in the EU, UK, and other regions.
