Refund & Cancellation Policy

The short version

Cancel any time, and if a plan is not for you, email us within 7 days of the charge and we refund it in full. No form to fill in and no reason required.

Subscriptions

Paid plans are Solo at $39 a month, Studio at $99 a month and Agency at $249 a month. To cancel, open Settings then Billing inside Glotier and use the billing portal, or reply to your Lemon Squeezy receipt, or just email us and we will do it for you. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and is not renewed after that. We do not charge cancellation fees.

If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund of your most recent payment within 7 days of that charge. After 7 days, a paid period is non-refundable, but you can still cancel to stop future renewals.

If you subscribed before July 26, 2026, the 14-day window that was published at the time still applies to you. We do not shorten a promise after you have paid on it.

Featured listing (one-time)

The Featured listing is a one-time purchase. Because placement begins right after purchase, it is non-refundable once the listing is live. If something went wrong and the placement did not go live, contact us and we will make it right.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the address you purchased with, or reply to your Lemon Squeezy receipt. Approved refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights you have by law, including the statutory cooling-off rights for consumers in the EU, UK, and other regions. Where the law gives you a longer window than the 7 days above, the law wins and we will honour it.
