A fast, score-chasing merge arcade: drop and merge numbered shapes, chain combos, and climb the leaderboard. A different genre to EchoRift — different stores, different communities — and a second honest test of Glotier's coverage.

In closed testing on Google Play right now, building toward public launch. New test builds ship over the air as we onboard testers.

What we’re testing

Merge-arcade discovery lives on the app stores and casual-gaming communities. We track its keyword rank in store search, reviews, and where it gets mentioned — and act on the gaps.

  1. Week of Jun 8, 2026

    We pulled the Product Hunt launch — the product isn't ready yet

    Free /audit shipped (paste your URL, 0–100 readiness + AI-generated fixes). Google Play scanning kicked off (paused on prod because Google blocks CF datacenter IPs — proxy is next). Composite visibility score now builds a weekly sparkline. /directory + /lists live. Dashboard banner explains the free shared-AI pool and the BYOK path.
    Loss
    We had a Product Hunt launch booked for Wed Jun 10. Pulled it. The site was overclaiming features we didn't have (OpenAI/Anthropic APIs, sentiment, App Store Connect, Listicle Network ranking promises) — and PH would have called us on it. Better to ship the truth and launch when it's real.
    Next
    Rewrite every page to match what we actually do (done this week — see /how-it-works). Then wire BYOK premium models, Google Play proxy, and the first two community sources beyond HN/SO. Re-book PH when EchoRift or GeoMerge actually climbs.
  2. Week of Jun 6, 2026

    glotier.com landed in Google's AI Overview

    Two weeks after launch, Google indexed us, ranks us for our name, and now generates an AI Overview summarising what Glotier does — eating our own dog food on GEO. Full write-up in the case study.
    Loss
    Brand-name ranking is table stakes; competitive non-brand keywords ("AI visibility tool") are still a climb.
    Next
    Push the programmatic + community surface harder and track the competitive terms with Glotier itself.
  3. Week of Jun 6, 2026

    The tool is real: free AI check, community tracking & App Store ASO

    Shipped the free multi-engine AI visibility check (3 live engines: Gemini, Mistral, Groq), plus dashboard community tracking (Hacker News + Reddit) and App Store ASO rank tracking. GeoMerge entered closed testing on Google Play.
    Loss
    Still only 3 of 4 AI engines live, and Google SEO + the wider community sources aren't built yet. Per-game numbers are still thin.
    Next
    Wire the 4th AI engine, expand community sources (Product Hunt, Indie Hackers), and start Google rank tracking — then publish GeoMerge's first real store-search numbers.
  4. Baseline · Jun 2026

    Starting line: mostly zeros, and that's the point
